I have got 62 marks in JEE Mains and I am expecting around 85+ marks in MHTCET. Can I apply to any engineering college in Pune?

Yes, you can apply for them. Though, the cutoff for good government colleges in Pune is very high through Mains and MHCET as well. Hence, you are likely to get good private colleges with it.
