I have got 6225 in CET.I want to go for aerospace.Sould I go for EE / EC & which coll? N what test do I have to focus to do masters abroad

I have also got 32 thousand in AIEEE but have opted for EE in NIT. Can I go for aerospce through EE if I get in NIT? What test do I have to write to do my masters in Singapore NUS. Or anywhere else which is the best university for masters(aerospace) in the world. Please suggest. Thank you.
