I have got 63% in 12th. Which are the top colleges for doing B.Tech?

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. It depends upon the marks you have secured in JEE Mains which are applicable for your state college. I can't share the list of college because I don't know your state. If you want to go with 12th percentage then there will be some college who will allow students to come with a 12th percentage.
