I have got 63% marks in 12th board exams. Can I apply for B.Sc physics honors? My score is- physics-53, chemistry-52 and maths-44.

Yes, you can definitely apply for B.Sc. Honours in Physics. Most of the good colleges have criteria of 55 % for Physics and over all 50 % minimum. Go ahead. All the very best. -
