No, your rank is too low for admission in any branch in IEM. You should apply through your WBJEE rank instead.

Hi Bodhaditya, Yes, you can definitely get admission in IEM for electrical engineering with this score in JEE mains. You should select electrical engineering at the time of counselling. Also opt for electrical and electronics engineering (EEE) while filling counselling form. Best of luck.
