Yes, you can pursue BBA. The BBA degree has a lot of scope when it comes to careers. Yes, for sure, you can get admission in any private institute through any of the entrance exams. As for government colleges, you may get one if you have a good score in their entrance exams. But surely you can get admission in any private institute for BBA course.
