I have got 64% in Bihar board and 84.84percentile in JEE Mains so which college should I get.

For getting into IITS, NITS you need to have minimun 75% in intermediate for general category and 65% for sc/st category. So sorry to inform, you cannot get admission in any NITS and IITS.
