I have got 65% in my BE mechanical and 310 marks in GRE. Can I get admission for MS in Germany? I have got 7.5 bands in IELTS.
One of my research papers has also got published.

It would highly competitive based on your profile, as MS in MS mechanical requires 70%. But you can try.
