I have got 65 marks only in JEE Main. I belong to OBC-NCL category. Can I get admission in any of the government colleges in South India?

Though, you cannot get into any of the NITs. You can get into some autonomous institute with a bit lower rankings. Also, with home state quota, you are expected to get a college with a relatively decent branch. Kindly refer:

Though your marks are less so you won't get NITs. -
