I have got 65931 AIR and 95 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get admission in IIIT, Delhi?

You might get the NIT but not IIIT since you qualified the exam with a little margin that is 21 marks only. You scored 95 marks which makes you eligibile for JEE Advanced exam. You can use this link in order to predict the college you can get:
