I have got 66% in 12th i have'nt got a good score in JEE mains i want to do chemical engineering ! is it possible to do so ?

Please help me get out of this great confusion i am really worried whether i am eligible for doing b.tech chemical engg. or not ? also suggest some good colleges in delhi / ncr & my financial condition is not soo good plzz suggest accordingly.

Yes it is possible u can get admission in some of the colleges in delhi/ncr u should wait for the rank list of jee mains it will be out on 7th july n u will get a clear view about it
