I have got 66% mark in 10th from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan & 45% in Balaji College, Pune in commerce. Am I eligible for B.Com in this college?

I don't think so because the cut-off for this course is very high. It is about 97%.

If you are opting for honors then you name must be in merit list and also have to crack the entrance exam with atleast 85% and 45%.
