I have got 66 percent in my state board (BSEB), can I able to get a seat in JOSSA consulting?

My JEE Mains phase 1 Jan (2023) exam percentile is 62.526749.

    According to notice by NTA for taking admission into NITs & IIITs you must cleared your JEE Main with at least 75% or more in your 12th board exam from 2023.
