I have got 67.2% in 12th cbse 2016 and 83%in 10 th cbse board,do i have any future or i have ruined my whole life?

I am very dipressed due to my 12 board results and i am afraid that i will not get good job in future due to this,i am feeling very low and dont know how to handle all this.I dont know whether i will get good college or job..please guide me.

If your class 12th background was commerce, so you are not eligible for medicine. You can try to do MBA in marketing, then maybe you can get jobs in many pharma companies across the world.
