If you are a resident of orissa then there is a possibility that you can get C V Raman at this rank.But if you belong to any other state you will never be getting C V Raman at this rank.For more information about colleges and direct admission in top colleges of orissa such as KIIT,ITER,CV RAMAN,GIET
