I have got 69% in 10th, 61.2% in 12th & 65% in B.Sc. Which is the best EU country for a CS course apart from Germany as per my profile?

You can consider countries like Sweden, Belgium (KU Leuven is well known for computer science), France, Netherlands and Switzerland for pursuing CS course.
