I have got 69% in M.Sc math and 45/160 marks in RIE CEE. Am I eligible for B.Ed counselling?

RIE CEE selection basis doesn't provide us with options like minimum marks and become eligible. The selection is based on both board marks and cee marks. The entrance is based on state quotas and the strictly follows the admission process of selecting top students from each state whatever marks you
