I have got 69% in my CBSE board with PCM as subjects. Will I be able to cope up with the syllabus of automobile engineering in SRM Chennai ?

Hi
Its more about your interest than coping up, not evry 90%er is a good engineer so if u love it, put all ur hardwork and energy there

Yes you can. Although you are having low marks in Board examination but it is not bad. When you start engineering course, all you do is a new start where everything is new. Therefore you can put your efforts in one direction right from start. You are having decently good enough marks which qualifies
