I have got 69 marks in JEE 2016.Do i have any chance of getting admission in NIT or any other institute?(Category:OBC)

Not Nit because u need to score equal or above the cut off. and I think this year's cutoff was 70 for obc category.
But there are some good private institutions like SRM and LPU. so best of luck.

It's up to ur category. If u belong to general category and OBC then unfortunately there's no chance but if u belong to ST, SC then ya u still have the opportunity.
