i have got 7.24 percentile,which colleges i can get into for mba and pgdm Finance at BANGALORE ?

7.24 percentile is too low a percentile to fetch call from a good college. I would suggest you to appear for February MAT and CMAT and apply for the below mentioned colleges.
Last date to apply for CMAT is 9th Jan 2013 and for MAT is 17th Jan 2013.
