I suggest you to visit the preferred college websites or direct contact the college admissions cell for the same. -
If you have planned to join in 2019, which is also called as winter semester. The application will start from February. You can visit to the college websites and download the application forms. I would suggest you to visit the college interact with the students there to get a clear information and the ambiance of the college. All the best.
