I have got 70.3% in 12th and 206 marks in JEE Mains paper 2. Am I eligible for AAT? I have also given JEE Advance 2018.

You are eligible for AAT. Since you are having 70 above percentage and 206 marks in JEE Paper 2, you can expect a good score in JEE Advanced as well.
