I have got 70 %ile in CMAT and 69.66 %ile in MHCET. Which are the colleges to pursue MBA/PGDM in IB?

    As 70%ile score is a mediocre score, still, there are good colleges, I would suggest you go with Kohinoor Business School, Kurla/Vidya Vihar.
