Fergusson College, Pune is best in Pune, but it might be difficult to get this at 70% but you can check for other institutes in Pune-
MS Abasaheb Garware College, Pune
Abeda Inamdar Senior College for Girls, Pune
SP College Pune. Shri Shahu Mandir Mahavidyalaya, Pune

Private colleges does't have reservations, Pune University affiliated institutes might consider, check on the respective college you are looking for.
