I have got 70% in 12th CBSE and want to increase my percentage. Will I be eligible for BITS if I get more than 75% in my improvement exams?

As far as I know CISCE doesn't conduct ISC improvement exams of more than 2 subjects unlike CBSE. Therefore, it is a act of injustice against ISC students. Will they consider the improvement marks here
