B.Tech has many fields. If you're interested in computers and coding then go for B.Tech (CSE or IT), and you can go for BCA too. As you're Science stream student then opting for B.Tech is a better option than any other course if you're seeking a career in technology.

If you are looking for career in research and teaching field than B.Sc is better option. B.Tech will open opportunities for in various fields like Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Computer Science and many others. Bachelors in Computer Application is better option if you are more interested in Computers and Programming. Any of the UG programme is equally good if you pursue from top universities and a top performer. So, just choose your field of interest and work hard and excel.
