Drop your year if you only want to do MBBS through NEET. Go for a private college, if affordable. Otherwise, take admission to some graduate course and alongside prepare for NEET.

If you have appeared NEET twice, then you shouldn't drop one more time. Better you study abroad, because they are having low fees structure compared to Indian Private Colleges, and moreover Indian private medical colleges are not up to the level of other countries, they lack good equipment. Management is not good.
So, you should try going abroad, if your parents allows you.

If you wish to dropout an year, give yourself a final chance. If you clear NEET that's well and good, if not try for private colleges. MBBS is the only course you want to enroll for, then try to get minimum 50% marks which makes you eligible for admission in any college whether it be private of government. or you can do BAMS or BHMS as per your convenience.

I think you have to study the syllabus of 11th and 12th class of NCERT.
