I have got 70000 rank in general category and 20000 in OBC category, can I get electrical branch in any NIT?

Congratulations!
Let's come to question since you have done good in JEE Mains but even though you are lacking. I guess you could't GET good NIT but keep on trying. You might GET it. One thing I would to suggest you that keep yourself motivating and work hard for other exams because I guess you could
