I have got 74% in 10th ,63% in 12th and 71% in Graduation(BBA) and no work experience. Will that be a hurdle for admission in the institute?

As long as you clear NMAT, not at all.

No, that wouldn't be an issue. Although some weightage would be there for academics, but if you score well in NMAT(entrance test for NMIMS), then you can convert without any issue. But you need to justify why you want to do an MBA.

No not at all Esha. The eligibility criteria for NMAT is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Also generally a maximum of 10% weightage is given to academics and a maximum of 5% weightage is given to work experience. The remaining 85% weightage is given to your NM
