I have got 74% in 12th boards & scored 227 in JEE Paper 2. Which are the colleges I can get admission in?

With these marks you may get some NITs and some decent CFTIs.

For your rank, you can apply for top B.Arch colleges in Maharashtra as chances for NIT or SPA are not there for you! Here are some colleges for you which stand among top colleges:
Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai
Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture for Women
VNIT Nagpur
NMIMS Mumbai

First of all congratulations, with 227 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and 74% score in your class 12th, you can surely secure admission in very good colleges across the country. It would have been easier if you could have stated the state/ region, you are seeking to pursue your B.Arch programm
