I have got 75% in 10th, 58% in 12th and 57% in my graduation. Can I get a call from IIMs?

With this percentage, you certainly are eligible to take CAT for getting into IIMs. By the end, result also depends on your CAT scores and your interview. You can't expect to get a call from IIM, as such without getting a good percentile in CAT.

No, I don't think so, but still you can appear in CAT. And, if you get top rank, then also you still have thin chances to get in IIM, due to low graduation score.
