I have got 75 percentile in JEE paper 2. Can I get a good NIT for architecture?

You are only eligible for NIT's, if you at least score 95 percentile in JEE paper 2.
According to JEE paper 2, you are only eligible for NITs and some prestigious college, but for IIT you have to qualify JEE paper 1, then JEE Advance. If you have to qualify in these two paper, then you have to appl
