I have got 76% in 10th and 51% in 12th. Will my 12th score affect my admission to B.Tech?

No not at all ! But be sure that you make your percentage in B.Tech above 75 or 80 %. These are the minimum qualifications required by the company. Government organisation will see your written test marks, interview and group discussion round performance and then your skill, talent, communication skill as well. The same is applicable for private sector also. Just do hardwork and concentrate on your studies

You should try for JEE Mains and after that you can get good college on basis of your rank. After that you should try for private colleges.
