I have got 77k rank in TS EAMCET & I have to join in civil or mechanical engineering branches. Which college is best to get in?

In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Candidates must remain seated in their allotted places till the completion of the TS EAMCET exam. In no case will they be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination.
