Class XII percentage has nothing to do with this option. You need to appear for NDA

You can do so after completing your graduation. UPSC conduct Combined Defense Services Exam. So makeup your mind, prepare for CDS, go for graduation with the subjects of your choice and more importantly focus.

For joining Indian Army, you have many ways. After class 12th, you can apply for NDA TES entries. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. In all above case, you have to clear SSB interview to get selected. Also, eligibility for all entries is different. Check it with

Yes, you can join Indian Army but for that you will have to clear NDA exam after 12th. You can't just get up and join Army.
