I have got 78.8% marks in +12 exams.I want to do B.Com(hons) from D.U.but may not get a good college.Should I get admission in any college?

Considering your score and last year's cut off, you will not be able to make it to DU for B.COM H. Besides, you can refer the link below for B.COM colleges across India-
