I have got 78% in ISC board and 103 in NATA. What are my chances of getting B.Arch admission in CEPT?

    It's a good score to apply. You should apply and take a chance. You can apply through All India Seats.

    If you are from Gujarat then it is quite possible but if you are outside of Gujarat then based on your class 12th percentage and NATA marks, it would be quite difficult.
