I have got 79.10 percentile in MHT CET and 54 percentile in JEE Mains but I have not allotted any college in CAP Round.

The percentile which you got is very less as compare the percentile required to get admission in IIT and NIT.

I am not targeting IIT NIT. I just want to take admission in a decent college in Mumbai.

With these marks, you will be unable to get admissions into good colleges.
