I have got 79.4% in science and 9.2 CGPA in 10th. Can I get any colleges in BA mass communication through merit?

Hello Gargi,
Almost all colleges admit students for this course based on merit only. Maybe only a handful conduct their own entrance exam. So, just do not worry and apply to the college which you have in mind.

Hi, admission to graduation courses begin after results of 12th are announced. And will close after at least two weeks. Presently admission process has not even begun in many states. Do not worry. There is plenty of time.
