I have got 80.25 marks in NATA and 80% in IPE and 18457 rank in JEE. Can I get admission for B.Arch?

    I think you can get admission in here through your good scores easily. The minimum merit score (IPE boards%+NATA score) has to be above 140. And you are satisfying this condition.
