    You're eligible for many courses, B.Sc. Computer Science. You can opt any subject in many private colleges.
    you should opt physics as it has great opportunities in research . strong command on this subject is must .
    physics is interesting plus it has huge opportunities. need determination as well .
    you can also go for chemistry just in case you do not get physics , it also has good scope in research .
    but make physics your first priority .
  • Improve your skills in mathematics. You can choose either Physics or Chemistry as per your interest.

    Yes, you can go for any courses as you are overall pass in all subjects so you can go for B.Sc. BBA BCA and many other options. For engineering, you can also do but you have to improve your Math by practicing.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
