I have got 80 marks in mathematics, chemistry and physics but only 36 in English and 6.5 in IELTS. Is it possible to go to Canada?

There are colleges which accept a score of 6.5 in IELTS, however there are other colleges which require a minimum of 7 in the IELTS exam.
