I have got 80 percentile in JEE Mains and I'm from general category, will I get admission in ICT-Matunga Mumbai for B.Tech?

If they consider admission on JEE Main basis, then might be some possibility (very less because your rank would be around 2.5-2.8 Lacs). Otherwise, if they conduct their own entrance exam you have to crack that.

If you are pursuing for pharmaceutical then possibilities are more. Because the demand for pharmaceutical in India is less and if you really want to pursue that go for MS after B.Tech.
