I have got 81% in my Bachelors and 5.5 bands in IELTS. Shall I apply to non SPP colleges in Canada for PG Diploma?

Hi GobiNath,
81% marks is a very good percentile. You can apply to non SPP colleges. It is better you retake your IELTS or check with the colleges for foundation courses in English. Your SOP will also be considered, so it must be a very strong SOP.
