i have got 81000 rank in uptu where i can get good cllege i can get in allahabad lucknow noida or ghaziabad i had 63% in 12 from cbse board
i had 75% in 10 i want to take admisn in btech college

If yorur rank is good then you will get a good college, if rank is average then average college. (Even average colleges are good, like even average students are good. They are not bad.)
