I have got 83.94 percentile in JEE Mains 2019. Do I have any chance to get admission in a government college?

Hello Yatnesh,
At almost 85 percentile level, you have got quite good marks in JEE Mains exam conducted in January. I am sure with such good percentile you will get admission in a good government college. I am attaching a link that will predict the college for you once you in put your percentile.
