I have got 83% in PCM and want to do btech .but confused about branches of my interest.Comp. sci. or Electronics & comm.

Choose the branch in which you are interested or in which you can do your best.

computer...becoz...of higher scope and with your good grades if u make same effort in higher study you will get decent job.

Shubham the choice would depend upon the kind of work you want to do in your career. However, both the ones that you have mentioned are good and therefore take the one which is being offred to you by a more reputed college.
