i have got 84 marks in jee mains, 84% in upboard and i get 28725 rank(gen) 8336rank(obc) ,can i get admission in hbti?

Yes you can get admission on the basis of these marks in JEE.
There are many universities also like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
