I have got 85% in M.Sc physics from MMU, Mulana and 72% in B.Sc from KUK. What is the further procedure to get admission in Ph.D physics?

Hi Robin, For admission in Ph.D in physics, you will have to give CSIR UGC NET exam and qualify it and in private universities, you will have to give a apply by filling the application form and send your resume. And you also have to constantly visit their website. Good luck.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) a) Master’s degree with 55% aggregate marks in a relevant discipline or equivalent, subject to clearing LPUNEST and Interview; b) Other conditions as prescribed in the Guidelines for Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes. (5% relaxation to SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer)/ differently-able candidates) Admission Criteria An applicant will be short listed for interview on the basis of his/ her score in the entrance examination LPUNEST (Ph.D). The final selection for admission in Ph.D will be based on the performance in Entrance Test (70% weightage) and Interview (30% weightage) subject to scoring minimum marks in the Interview. Fee is 50000 INR per semester without scholarship.
