I have got 86.6% in 12std in commerce. Will I get in DTU for BBA?

Yes, you have a chance to get admission in DTU for BBA.

Eligibility criteria for getting admission in BBA DTU is that candidate must have 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/PWD) in 10+2 along with English as one of the main subjects. 45% marks are required for OBC-NCL and defence personnel. Admission is done on the basis of marks in 10+2.
